As they say – “necessity is the mother of invention”; so describes the origin of The DRILL’N BAG. Here is our story. We found ourselves drilling in an area where floating dust and debris would cause a significant problem in the “clean” production zones. As you could imagine, having to drill through 10 inch concrete walls was destined to produce a large amount of dust.
Working with various methods, of collection, including an entertaining use of vacuum cleaners, The DRILL’N BAG was born.
The safe, food-grade adhesive securely holds the bag to the drilling surface, allowing the user to keep both hands safely on the drill or tool. By totally surrounding the drilling operation, virtually all of the dust and debris is collected in the bag. Clean-up is quick and easy, just remove and discard the bag and contents. Should any adhesive remain on the wall, it can be wiped off with any paint safe cleaner.
Other sizes and shapes are on the drawing board and will be released soon, including an electrician’s version.
